Vacancy Announcement for HIGH COURT DIVISION ENROLLED
Advocate Associate with At least 02 (two) Years’ Experience in the High Court and 02 years in the Lower Court:
Position: 02
The Firm is looking for HIGH COURT DIVISION ENROLLED Advocates for the following job responsibilities:
- Conferencing with the clients for details initial informations, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.
- Doing relevant research, Drafting petition/case for High Court and Lower court matters
- Drafting opinion on various legal issues
- Appearing before courts, tribunals,
- Co-ordinates with the Govt. office such as RJSC etc.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in litigation work in the High Court Division and 02 years in the Lower Court is required.
Salary: Negotiable
